There is a few good places to get MODS for WOW, I have listed the best places below.

WOW Ace - This is the site to go to for ace MODS. Ace mods are the best MODS so far I have seen for the game and I use many of these myself. This site has a mod updater.
WOWUI - This is a good MOD site.
WOWHead.com - This is the best WOW database for items, quests, talents, spells, etc..
WOW Interface - This is the a good WOW MOD site.
I highly recommend using any of the above sites.
